Enter and track supply transactions in Coast Guard and partner databases. Use IBM Cognos tools to check data and fix inventory errors. Keep paperwork complete to meet policy, hazardous material rules, and audit requirements. Inspect parts for damage or defects. Report problems and help solve quality issues with suppliers. Work with other Coast Guard units to share spare parts, prioritize urgent orders, and clear backorders.

What you need
You must be a U.S. citizen. You must be registered or exempt from Selective Service. You need a valid state driver’s license. You must pass a background check. You should have good math and computer skills. You should be able to read and write clearly. No specific degree is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is needed. You need to be reliable and trustworthy.
