What you will do You will work with the Chief Policy Officer and the Policy, Research, and Analysis Department Director. You will review and analyse legislative proposals. You will help create policy options and communication materials. You will answer requests from Congress and other federal agencies. You will plan outreach to congressional staff. You will monitor hearings and other policy proposals. You will lead and manage staff.

What you need You should have experience in policy analysis and a good understanding of the legislative process. You should have strong writing and communication skills. A Bachelor Degree is required.
