You will give full secretarial help to two senior leaders. You will manage their schedules. You will book meetings and rooms. You will prepare agendas and minutes for board meetings. You will research information for the leaders. You will write letters and keep files. You will track mail and keep records. You will handle travel plans. You will answer questions from veterans, staff, and partners. You will keep a record of complaints and compliments.

What you need
You must be a U.S. citizen. You need good computer skills and good writing skills. You need to be organized and able to handle many tasks. You must keep information private. You must work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.

What you will get
