What you will do You will give legal help to attorneys. You will schedule cases. You will write and proofread documents. You will send mail and manage files. You will draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, briefs, summonses, deposition notices, and other papers. You will get records, send subpoenas, follow up, and write letters about subpoenas. You will prepare lists of witnesses, exhibits, jury instructions, and subpoenas. You will read reports and evidence. You will organize evidence for discovery and trial. You will research facts and help build cases. You will interview witnesses and fix problems in case files.
