What the job is
This job is in Richmond, Virginia. You will manage a big restaurant kitchen at DLA Richmond.
What you will do
Run the kitchen. Make sure food is made, stored and served well. Keep the kitchen clean and safe. Order supplies and keep track of costs. Work with staff to keep food quality high. Review how food is made and fix problems.
What you need
Experience in kitchen management. Good people skills. Ability to follow recipes. Knowledge of food safety rules. Ability to keep a budget.
What you will get
Full time job. Salary 60,000 to 70,000. Work Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. No remote work. Work in a large government facility.
