What the job is This is a job for a Heavy Equipment Mechanic in Bowling Green, Virginia. You will work for the U.S. Army Reserve Command, fixing and maintaining heavy vehicles and equipment. There may be a $5,000 signing bonus for this role.

What you will do Fix, check, and maintain different types of heavy equipment like construction, combat, and power generation machines. Repair or replace parts in cooling, braking, exhaust, and hydraulic systems. Inspect vehicles, do regular maintenance, and help with minor body work. Assist with more complex repairs like engine or transmission replacements. Test drive vehicles to check your work.

What you need Experience working with heavy mobile equipment and repair tools. Ability to troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues. Basic knowledge of vehicle systems like engines, brakes, and hydraulics.
