What the job is
We are an Attorney Advisor for a member of the National Labor Relations Board. The Board decides unfair labor practice cases and representation cases under the National Labor Relations Act. The job is to help the board member make decisions.

What you will do
Read case files and study them. Find legal rules that apply. Talk with the board member and other board members about the case. Present the case to the board. Write draft decisions and orders. Work with the chief counsel to set new policies. Do other related tasks.

What you need
A law degree (JD) and bar admission. Experience in labor law or similar. Good research and writing skills. Ability to speak clearly. Experience in a federal agency is a plus.
