You will also work on violent crimes in Indian Country, such as homicide, assault, and drug offenses. Your tasks include legal research, directing investigations, and presenting cases in court. You will collaborate with federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement. Over time, your responsibilities will grow as you gain experience.

What you need You must be an experienced attorney, preferably with federal prosecution experience. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work with law enforcement are required. You must live in or near the Eastern District of Oklahoma. Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must be registered with the Selective Service.
