What the job is
This is a leadership role for a nursing team at a large medical facility in Pearsall, Texas. You will help manage nursing services and make sure everything follows the law and health standards. This position is only open to current USPHS officers.
What you will do
You will supervise the nursing staff and help with patient care plans. You will work with doctors to decide the best way to help patients. You will also look at medical reports to make sure the care is high quality. When the main Nurse Manager is away you will take their place and lead the unit.
What you need
You must be a current USPHS officer to apply. You need a valid RN license and at least five years of clinical experience as a nurse. You should know how to lead a team and solve problems in a medical setting.
