What the job is
You work for the Air National Guard at Elmendorf AFB in Alaska. You lead a team of aircraft mechanics.

What you will do
You will supervise at least three mechanics, crew chiefs, and specialists in the inspection docks. You set the pace, give assignments, and make sure tools and parts are ready. You check work for safety, quality, and time limits. You answer questions about procedures and give advice. You keep the work area clean and safe. You report progress, delays, and any problems to the supervisor. You help plan the dock schedule and adjust it as needed.

What you need
You must have experience as an aircraft mechanic or a similar role. You need to know technical orders and safety rules. You should be able to read and follow written instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills are required. A valid work authorization is needed.
