What the job is
This is a full-time Aircraft Mechanic job in East Granby, Connecticut. You will work for the Air National Guard and must be or become a member of the Connecticut Air National Guard. This is an on-site job that may become permanent later.

What you will do
You will be the crew chief for military aircraft. You will check, fix, and maintain aircraft to keep them ready for missions. You will train a small team of workers and make sure all aircraft records are correct. You will work in hangars and outside on the ramp, often in hot, cold, or noisy conditions. The job involves climbing, lifting, and working in tight spaces.

What you need
You must be eligible to join the Connecticut Air National Guard. You should be able to do physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
