What the job is
This job is a Human Resources Specialist in the Illinois National Guard. It is located in Springfield, Illinois. You will work in the State Incentives Office.

What you will do
You will handle payments for incentive contracts. You will check documents and make sure rules are followed. You will review policies and write notes about any problems. You will talk to soldiers and other units about any issues. You will help lower level staff learn how to follow the rules. You will track reports and give updates to the manager. You will look at trends and suggest improvements.

What you need
You must be a member of the Illinois National Guard and have a military grade that matches the job. You must be able to wear a uniform. You must pass a background check. You must register for Selective Service if you are a male born after 31 December 1959. You cannot have a domestic violence conviction. You may need to work extra hours.

What you will get
You will earn a salary between $61,722 and $80,243 per year. You will work full time on site. You will have benefits and training.
