You must be a member of the Illinois National Guard. You must be in the military grade listed. You must wear a uniform. You must pass a background check. You must register for Selective Service if required.

You will earn a salary between $61,722 and $80,243. You will work full time on site. You will get training and support. You will have a trial period. You will be part of the state incentives program.
