What the job is
We are looking for an emergency medicine doctor. The job is in White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. You will work for the Defense Health Agency.

What you will do
You will give direct care to patients. You will do life‑saving procedures. You will check patients by history and exam. You will use tests to find the problem. You will treat children, adults and older people. You will give pain control, resuscitation, wound care and medicines when needed. You will give advice to other doctors and staff. You will help plan shifts and meetings. You will help write or change policies. You will help train residents, PA residents, medical students and other trainees. You will work on quality projects to improve care.

What you need
You must be a licensed physician in emergency medicine. You should have experience in emergency care. You should be able to work on a team. You must be able to travel to the site.

What you will get
You may receive student loan repayment. Salary can be negotiated if you are new to Federal service. You will work in a government setting.
