What the job is
This job is for a doctor who gives anesthesia during surgeries and other procedures. It is at the Defense Health Agency and can be at many places, one example is White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico.

What you will do
You will give anesthesia to patients. You will perform nerve blocks to treat pain. You will manage the recovery room and give drugs and breathing support there. You will teach nursing students, interns and other doctors how to use anesthesia.

What you need
You must be a qualified anesthesiologist with the proper training and license. You should be able to work in a hospital or clinic environment.

What you will get
You will be paid between 220,000 and 400,000. You will work full time. You will join a team that cares for patients.
