What the job is
This job is a Postal Operations Supervisor in Stuttgart, Germany. You will lead the postal service team at the Army installation. You will work full time.
What you will do
Plan and check work schedules for the postal center. Assign tasks and set standards for quick mail processing. Monitor progress and adjust plans. Train staff on how to handle suspicious mail. Keep accurate records and report problems. Support and explain management programs. Set performance standards and do reviews. Handle employee complaints and give counseling. Submit requests for actions and track them. Give customers information about USPS, DOD, Army and USAREUR rules.
What you need
Good leadership skills. Ability to manage schedules and staff. Knowledge of mail handling and security. Good communication skills. Ability to keep records and report. Experience with postal operations is a plus.
