What the job is
This job is an Educational Aide at the Department of War Education Activity in Fort Knox, Kentucky. You will help students in a special education classroom and a regular classroom.

What you will do
You will watch students during the school day. You will help them use the bathroom, eat, and keep clean. You will support teachers in the classroom. You will take attendance and file papers. You will help prepare lesson materials. You will work with students following plans made by a specialist. You will join parent-teacher meetings.

What you need
You should have a high school diploma or higher. You should be patient and friendly. You should have good communication skills. Experience helping children is helpful. You need to be able to follow instructions.

What you will get
You will work 70 hours each pay period. You will earn between $21.68 and $35.26 per hour. You will get a paid job on site. You will work with a supportive team.
