What the job is
This is a full-time nursing job in Marion, Illinois. The nurse will work with Veterans to help them get the right care at the right time.

What you will do
You will talk with Veterans about their health care choices. You will help Veterans decide between the local VA Medical Center and community care. You will work with doctors and specialists to set up appointments. You will check that referrals are needed and ready. You will make sure patients get seen quickly and safely. You will share information with the team and answer questions.

What you need
You must have a current nursing license that is valid in the United States. You must have Basic Life Support certification that includes AED. You must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid work authorization. You must pass a drug test, background check, and a physical exam. You must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You must be able to use a computer and phone.
