What the job is
This job is for a Registered Nurse who works with the Patient Aligned Care Team in Richland, Washington. You will help Veterans get the care they need.

What you will do
You will look after a group of patients. You will plan and give care, write notes, and make sure patients get the right tests and visits. You will talk with the team to solve problems. You will help patients set goals for recovery and wellness. You will refer patients to community resources when needed.

What you need
You must be a registered nurse. You should have good communication skills and be able to work with a team. You need to know how to use patient records and follow VA rules. You must be willing to work on an intermittent schedule.
