What the job is
We are a Senior Industrial Program Coordinator in the Central Coordination Office and Production Planning Group at the Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers in Patuxent River, Maryland.

What you will do
Plan and run big logistics studies for complex programs.
Analyze changes in mission, design, workload, schedule, or operating ideas.
Create trade‑off options and long‑term plans.
Suggest changes to logistics plans, support strategies, agreements, or practices.
Work with many partners like PMA, PSM, FRC/ALC, Naval Supply Systems Command, Defense Logistics Agency, engineers, and others to find and fix problems in industry, maintenance, supply, workload, capacity, and readiness.
Represent COMFRC‑HQ on product teams, logistics groups, capability‑management meetings, and independent assessments.
Help solve and raise problems that cannot be fixed locally. Prepare clear problem statements, root‑cause analysis, and recovery options for leaders.

Strong experience in logistics and industrial program management.
Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work with many different teams.
