What the job is
This is a full-time IT support job with the Department of War Education Activity in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. You will help workers with their computer problems. You will make sure all computer systems work well.
What you will do
Look at common computer problems to find ways to make them happen less often. Plan and install new software and system updates. Fix broken computer parts or software issues immediately. Update help tickets until every problem is solved. Test new software to make sure it works before others use it.
What you need
You should have experience fixing computer hardware and software. You need to know how to set up web services. You should be good at solving technical problems. You need to be able to help customers in a friendly way.
