What the job is
This is an IT support job for the Department of War Education Activity in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. You will help keep computer systems running well for the organization.
What you will do
You will look at common computer issues to find ways to make things better. You will fix hardware and software problems on the spot. You will install or update desktop programs and web tools. You will check helpdesk tickets and update them until the problems are fixed. You will also test new software and systems to make sure they work.
