What the job is
This job is a sales position at the Marine Corps Exchange in Oceanside. You will help Marines and their families buy items.

What you will do
You will talk to customers and give them good advice about products like electronics, shoes, jewelry, firearms, and clothing. You will work at the checkout or in other departments. You will meet sales goals. You will train new sales people on product knowledge. You will keep the store clean and organized. You will help customers with special orders and answer their questions.

What you need
You should be friendly and able to talk to people. You need to know about the items sold. You should be able to lift up to 20 pounds on your own and more with help. You need good teamwork skills. You should be ready to learn more about the products.
