What the job is
You work for the Naval Air Systems Command in China Lake, California. You are a Program Analyst in the Research and Development Group of the Weapons and Warfare Systems Test Department.
What you will do
Lead the F/A-18 Team. Give advice to senior leaders based on test results. Run scoring boards and review software testing. Create and update training for new staff. Study and develop analysis methods for tests.
What you need
Good understanding of programs and tests. Ability to analyze data and give clear recommendations. Good communication skills. Experience with software testing and training is a plus.
