What the job is
This job is for a Child and Youth Program Leader in Monterey, California. You will lead programs that help children and teens from 6 weeks old to 18 years old. You will work with program assistants and help them learn.

What you will do
- Provide care and instruction to children and youth.
- Mentor program assistants and help them grow.
- Plan activities that fit each child's needs.
- Prepare indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Keep track of supplies and equipment.
- Talk to parents and staff about children's progress.
- Make sure the program follows all rules and safety standards.
- Collect and report program data.

What you need
- Experience working with children or youth.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to plan and run activities.
- Knowledge of safety rules and program guidelines.
- Willingness to work with a team.
