What the job is
You work for the Naval Air Systems Command in Jacksonville, Florida. You will be a General Engineer in the Reliability Centered Maintenance team.

What you will do
You lead teams from different backgrounds. You work with NAVAIR, depot, fleet and contractor people to keep maintenance running. You do statistical analysis to decide what maintenance tasks are needed. You give advice to fleet managers. You write engineering specs and trade-off studies that balance design, maintenance and cost.

What you need
You should have experience in engineering and maintenance. You need good math and analysis skills. You must be able to lead teams and communicate well.
