What the job is
This job is for a school bus driver at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. You will work for the Department of War Education Activity. Your main goal is to drive students to and from school safely.

What you will do
You will drive a large passenger bus that carries up to 72 students. You will help children with special needs get on and off the bus. You will help these students get to their classrooms. You must clean the inside of the bus every day and wash the outside once a month. You will check the bus for safety before every trip. You will keep a record of your route and schedule. You will report any student behavior issues to the school principal.

What you need
You need to know how to drive a large vehicle safely. You must be able to follow a set schedule. You should be helpful and patient with children who have special needs. You need to be able to keep basic records of your trips.

What you will get
You will earn a salary between 26.96 and 31.41. This is a part-time seasonal job. You will work 40 hours every two-week pay period.
