What the job is
You will work at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. The job is part of the Quality and Patient Safety team. You will help keep the hospital safe and healthy.

What you will do
- Help the team follow rules and laws about patient safety.
- Prepare for visits from accrediting groups.
- Share safety alerts from the Joint Commission.
- Collect and share data to show how the hospital is doing.
- Support the Patient Safety Manager with daily safety work.
- Process many safety reports each year.
- Keep track of important safety events and send final reports to the Defense Health Agency and the Joint Commission.

What you need
- A bachelor degree or higher in a health or science field.
- Some experience in patient safety or quality work.
- Good communication and computer skills.
