What the job is
This job is for a Health System Specialist at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. You will work with the healthcare quality team to make sure patients receive safe and high-quality care. You will work in an office from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

What you will do
You will help the medical team follow safety laws and rules. You will prepare for hospital inspections and act as a link between the hospital and inspection agencies. You will track safety alerts and collect data to show how well the hospital is meeting its goals. You will manage over 2000 safety reports every year using a computer system and make sure that reports about serious events are sent to the government on time.
