You will work as a Medical Support Assistant at the Veterans Affairs Health Care System in Danville, Illinois. This role helps veterans get the care they need in the local community.
What you will do
You will answer phones and send calls to the right people. You will schedule medical appointments and check doctor orders. You will write notes in the computer system about patient visits. You will also collect medical records and work with doctors and nurses to help patients.

You must be a U.S. Citizen. You need to speak and write English well. You must pass a background check. You must have a flu shot every year.
