What the job is
This is an office job helping veterans at the health center in Danville, Illinois. You will support the medical team and help patients get the care they need.
What you will do
You will answer phone calls and send them to the right people. You will schedule doctor appointments and check patient records. You will use a computer to write notes about patient visits. You will work with doctors and nurses to make sure patients get their medical records. You will talk to patients and visitors every day.
What you need
You must be a U.S. citizen to apply. You must speak and write well in English. You need to pass a background check. You must show a valid ID card. You must get the flu shot every year. You will have a trial period for one or two years to see if the job is a good fit.
