What the job is
This job is a lifeguard position at the Aquatics Center on Ellsworth AFB in South Dakota. It is paid from a Non-appropriated Fund and has a flexible schedule. You may work up to 40 hours a week, but there is no guaranteed minimum.
What you will do
Watch the swimming area to keep everyone safe.
Rescue swimmers who are in trouble and give first aid if needed.
Help run the pool and other related tasks.
Keep the schedule of classes and programs.
What you need
Good swimming skills and the ability to rescue.
Basic first aid knowledge.
A willingness to work flexible hours.
