What the job is
You work for the Military Sealift Command in Santa Rita, Guam. You help manage logistics for ships.

What you will do
You will act as a Contracting Officer Representative. You will watch over supplies and services. You will keep your qualifications up to date and finish any training. You will keep files for each contract. You will talk with Ship Ordering Officers to make sure supplies are delivered. You will give reports on contract performance. You will review invoices and help certify them.

What you need
You must have a bachelor degree in a related field. You need experience in logistics or contracting. You should be able to keep records and follow rules.
