What you will do

You will do external recruitment tasks. You will give advice to managers on staffing. You will make sure work is finished on time. You will review job analyses, promotion and placement products, and certificates. You will give advice on pay, leave, and incentives.
What you need
You need a bachelor degree in human resources or a related field. You need at least 2-3 years of HR experience. You should know federal HR rules. You should be able to lead a small team. You should have good writing and communication skills.
