What you will do
Plan and analyze transportation, facilities, personal property, and supply needs. Work with vendors like leasing companies, maintenance providers, fuel suppliers, parking contractors, and sometimes aviation services. Review vehicle usage reports to choose the right types and numbers. Coordinate with real property staff on space use and small office changes. Help with utility and energy programs. Study supply and equipment usage to spot trends, investigate problems, and fix differences. Give technical advice on inventory methods, reconciliation, and regulations.
