What the job is
This job is for a School Transportation Specialist in the city of Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg. You will work for the Department of War Education Activity. Your main goal is to make sure students get to school safely and on time. This is an overseas position with an initial 3-year term.

What you will do
You will manage the daily bus services for schools in the district. You will organize transport for students with special needs and check that bus companies are doing their job correctly. You will track spending and keep records of how many students use the buses. You will also help parents register their children and talk to them about bus rules. If students behave badly on the bus, you will investigate the situation and recommend what should happen next.

What you need
You need to be good at managing daily operations and checking paperwork. You should know how to work with contracts and look at costs to save money. You must be able to communicate well with parents and staff to explain rules and solve problems.

What you will get
You will earn between 52727 and 68549 per year. Because you are working in Stuttgart, Germany, you may also receive a 42 percent cost of living allowance. This is a full-time position for 36 months.
