What the job is

This is a full‑time position for an eye doctor at the Stockton VA Eye Clinic in Stockton, California. The clinic is new and has state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

What you will do

You will examine patients, give eye medicines, perform eye surgeries, and help other staff. You will also supervise residents and keep the clinic running well.

What you need

You must have a medical degree and be licensed to practice medicine in any U.S. state. You must be board certified in eye care. You must be a U.S. citizen, speak English, and pass a background check.

What you will get

You will earn a salary between $300,000 and $390,000. You will also receive a yearly bonus, 50‑55 days of paid time off, a pension, health insurance, and a student‑loan repayment program that can pay up to $200,000 over five years. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional Saturday clinics.
