You will help veterans in a mental health setting in Alexandria, Louisiana.
What you will do
- Help with daily living tasks.
- Keep patients clean and comfortable.
- Help with food, drinks, and meals.
- Move patients safely with proper equipment.
- Watch patients and tell the nurse about changes.
- Join group activities like exercise, talks, and outings.
- Keep the unit clean and safe.
- Work with other health staff.
What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good English speaking and writing.
- Be a U.S. citizen.
- Pass a background check and drug test.
- Be able to lift and move patients.
- Have a clean driving record.
