What the job is
This job is a temporary maintenance position in Florissant, Colorado. It lasts about one year and may be extended to two years.

What you will do
You will do carpentry repairs. You will fix broken picnic tables and windows. You will paint small areas with a brush and roller. You will do small plumbing fixes like tightening fittings, changing washers, and using a plunger. You will clean and maintain campsites and trails. You will collect trash and clean toilets and restrooms. You will do minor repairs as needed. You will use a forklift to move supplies.

What you need
You must be a U.S. citizen or national. You need a background check and must pass E-Verify. You must have a driver’s license for the whole job. You may have to wear a uniform. You must be able to lift light equipment and use a forklift. You must register for Selective Service if you are a male born after 1959.

What you will get
You will earn a salary between $19.21 and $22.39 per hour. You will get a uniform allowance. You will have benefits as required by the agency. The job is on site and not remote.
