What the job is
This is a senior role for the Department of Homeland Security in Washington, District of Columbia. You will help make sure that employees and contractors are safe and fit to work for the government. This job will close after 100 people apply or after five days.
What you will do
You will check background information for new and current workers. You will look at difficult cases where information is missing or confusing. You will work with other agencies to solve security issues. You will also check that all security rules are being followed correctly.
What you need
You must be a United States citizen. You must have lived in the U.S. for three out of the last five years. You must pass a background check and a drug test. You should have experience handling private or sensitive security information.
