What you will do
You will look at patient records to make sure the care is approved by insurance. You will keep patient privacy safe. You will check special cases like Service Connection or Agent Orange. You will help fight denied claims and fix them. You will teach other staff about money matters. You will work with many teams to keep the hospital making the right money.
What you need
You need a nursing license that is valid in the U.S. You need good communication and teamwork skills. You should know how to read medical records and follow rules about patient privacy.
