We are looking for a Nurse to help manage patient care in Whiteriver, Arizona and Winterhaven, California. The job is part of the Indian Health Service.
What you will do
You will work with doctors and other staff to plan and coordinate care for patients. You will talk to patients and families to understand their needs. You will write reports and keep records. You will help patients move from one type of care to another. You will make sure patients get the right services.
What you need
You must be a registered nurse. You need to be able to talk to patients and staff. You must have a REAL ID by May 7, 2025. You must be a U.S. citizen and register for Selective Service if you are a male born after 1959. You must pass a background check and a financial check. You must get the required vaccines.
