What the job is:
Polacca, Arizona is home to the Hopi Health Care Center. This job is the top leader, the Chief Executive Officer, who runs the whole health system.

What you will do:
Lead the team and set goals.
Plan and run day‑to‑day operations.
Make sure money is used well and reports are accurate.
Follow all rules and policies.
Listen to the community’s needs and change programs when needed.
Work with Tribal governments and health departments.
Train and support staff.
Help staff grow and keep good performance.
Build good relationships with other agencies and groups.

What you need:
You must be a U.S. citizen.
Males born after 1959 must register for Selective Service.
You need a REAL ID or a state ID that meets REAL ID rules.
You will need to pass a federal background check.
You must show you have no serious financial problems.
You will have a one‑year probation period.
