What the job is
This job is a Deputy Chief for the IHSC Special Operations Unit. It is in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will help run medical operations for air, land, and sea missions. The unit works for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

What you will do
You will lead three sections: Operations, Support, and Training. You will plan and evaluate programs. You will check the quality of care from flight nurses. You will keep the team ready for missions 24/7. You will travel up to 50% of the time. You will write reports and meet with other agencies. You will coach staff and help them grow. You will give presentations about health care trends. You will follow rules and keep the program safe.

What you need
You must be a current USPHS officer. You need to be able to travel and work on short notice. You must have good communication and teamwork skills. You must be able to handle stressful situations.
