What the job is
This job is for a Flight Nurse who works with ICE removal missions. You will travel a lot and help patients in planes, boats and on land. The work is in Mesa, Arizona and other places.

What you will do
- Provide nursing care on flights, boats and in clinics.
- Respond to emergencies.
- Work with other agencies and diplomats.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
- Be on call for one week at a time.
- Help run programs and give advice.

What you need
- Be a USPHS officer or CAD candidate.
- Have good nursing skills.
- Be ready for short‑notice deployments.
- Work independently in tough places.
