What the job is
This job is for a flight nurse who helps ICE removal missions. The nurse works on planes, boats and ground vehicles. The work is in Mesa, Arizona and other places. The nurse is not a manager.
What you will do
You will give medical care to people in ICE custody on land, air or sea. You will be a first responder and help with emergencies. You will travel a lot, sometimes on short notice. You will work with other agencies and may act as a senior nurse at an IHSC clinic.
What you need
You must be a USPHS officer or a CAD candidate. You need nursing experience and good judgment. You must be able to travel at least 50% of the time and be ready for short or long deployments. You need a nursing license and good communication skills.
What you will get
You will earn up to $150,000 per year. You will get travel time and the chance to work in different settings. You will work with federal agencies and get special training. You will be on call for a week at a time.
