What the job is
We are looking for an Assistant Canteen Manager in Miami, Florida. The job is part of the Veterans Health Administration. You will help run a canteen that serves Veterans and their families.

What you will do
Help run the daily operations of the canteen, the retail shop, and the coffee shop. Train and support the staff. Make sure customers have a good experience. Keep food safe and clean. Follow rules and policies. Help manage inventory, labor costs, and the budget. Promote local events to bring in more customers. Report to the Canteen Chief.

What you need
You should have experience managing more than one unit. Good people skills. Ability to keep a clean and safe food environment. You should be able to follow rules and keep a team motivated.
