What the job is
This is a supervisor role for a histology lab in Cleveland, Ohio. The lab works with tissue samples for doctors.

What you will do
- Manage a team of lead and regular histology technologists.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks.
- Make sure all samples are processed correctly and records are kept.
- Lead quality checks and help the lab meet national standards.
- Handle paperwork, supplies, and budgets.
- Resolve staff complaints and give feedback.
- Train staff and improve lab procedures.

What you need
- Experience in histology or a related lab field.
- Leadership and organization skills.
- Knowledge of lab safety and quality standards.
- Good communication in English.
- U.S. citizenship.
