What the job is
You will work as a Social Worker in a Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program for Veterans in White City, Oregon. You help veterans who have mental, addiction, behavior, physical, and social problems. You want to help them get better and prepare them to live in their community again.

What you will do
You will create and manage treatment plans for each veteran. You meet with them at least every other week and run group sessions five times a week. You coordinate care with doctors, counselors, and other team members. You help veterans find community services and plan for discharge. You give crisis help and talk with families.

What you need
You must be a US citizen and able to speak English. You need to be a registered social worker with a bachelor's degree or higher. You should have experience with mental health or addiction treatment. You must pass a background check and a physical exam. You need to be willing to work Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

What you will get
You get a competitive salary between $71,972 and $113,210. You get 37 to 50 days of paid time off each year, 13 days of sick leave, and 11 federal holidays. You get paid parental leave, a child-care subsidy, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and a retirement pension. You get a 1-2 year trial period.
