What you will do
You will lead patient safety programs. You will plan and run safety training. You will work with doctors, nurses, and other staff. You will review patient care and find ways to improve safety. You will help make sure the hospital follows rules from national safety groups. You will help patients and families feel safe.
What you need
You must have a nursing license in the US. You should have experience in nursing, especially with patient safety. You should know how to plan and lead teams. You should be able to talk well with others. You need to be able to work alone and in a team.
